Crystal Cole is a Client Associate with more than 11 years of experience in the financial services industry. She is dedicated to helping clients navigate all stages of life with confidence and ease, providing thoughtful support and exceptional service tailored to each client’s unique needs. Crystal takes pride in building strong, lasting relationships and serving as a trusted point of contact for the clients she supports.

Crystal began her career in the financial industry as a bank teller and advanced through roles as a personal banker before stepping into her current position as a Client Associate. Her broad experience across multiple client-facing roles gives her a deep understanding of client needs and allows her to deliver efficient, attentive, and personalized service.

The part of Crystal’s role she enjoys most is speaking directly with clients and assisting them when they reach out. She values being accessible, responsive, and helpful, ensuring clients feel supported and well cared for in every interaction.

Outside of work, Crystal enjoys spending time with her husband and their four children. She loves shopping, trying great food, and relaxing together by watching movies as a family.
